About the product

Healthproximate helps hospitals, providers, and payor organizations understand the clinical and financial shape of the care they deliver — typical cost and revenue per procedure, how outcomes and length of stay vary, what a future case is likely to look like, and how a pricing or supply change would affect revenue. See the Overview.
  • Dashboard — the typical shape of one procedure, condition, or DRG.
  • Analytics — a metric trended over a date range and broken down by surgeon, payor, provider, or client.
  • Predictions — an estimate for a hypothetical/future case.
  • Simulation — the revenue impact of a price or discount change.
All of them start with the Entity Resolver, which turns a name into the standardized ID the workflows need. See First Steps for a decision guide.
Each workflow has its own metric vocabulary. The clearest example: billed revenue is called revenue in Analytics and the Dashboard, but price in Predictions. Each workflow page lists its exact metric values.

Onboarding & access

Access is provisioned per organization. If you don’t have a login, your organization administrator or the Valiance Health team can set one up — email admin@valiancehealth.ai. See Getting Started.
Your organization’s case, cost, and billing data is onboarded as part of implementation, after which the workflows produce meaningful results. Walk through the Onboarding Checklist to confirm you’re set up and your first results look right.
Some metrics depend on organization type. For example, hospital-only metrics (hospital revenue, profit, margin) don’t apply to insurance/payor organizations, and prediction metric availability can vary by organization and procedure. If something you expect is missing, contact Support.

Data

Yes. Healthproximate is multi-tenant and every result is scoped to your own organization. You never select or see another organization’s data.
The secure upload API accepts common document and data formats (for example PDF, CSV, XLSX, and similar). Files must include a valid extension. See the API Overview.
Uploaded files are stored in isolated, organization-specific cloud storage. For detailed security, privacy, and data-handling information, see the Security and Privacy Policy pages on the main Valiance Health website.

API & integration

Contact the team at admin@valiancehealth.ai with your organization details to request credentials. See the API Overview.
The public API Overview covers the high-level model. Detailed and restricted implementation references are available only through controlled access channels to approved customers and partners.
