Use this checklist to confirm you are set up correctly and that the data behind Healthproximate looks right before you rely on it for decisions.

1. Access prerequisites

1

Confirm you can sign in

Verify your login works and you land on the dashboard. If not, contact your organization administrator or admin@valiancehealth.ai.
2

Confirm your organization is correct

All data is scoped to your organization. Confirm the organization shown is the one you expect.
3

(Optional) Confirm API credentials

If you’ll integrate programmatically, confirm you have a working API key or token. See the API Overview.

2. Data and access expectations

  • Your organization’s case, cost, and billing data should be onboarded before results are meaningful.
  • Available metrics depend on your organization type. For example, hospital-only metrics such as hospital revenue, profit, and margin are not applicable to insurance/payor organizations.
Metric and prediction availability can vary by organization. If a metric you expect is missing or greyed out, it may not apply to your organization type — confirm with Support rather than assuming a data error.

3. First screens to review

1

Search for a familiar procedure

Use the search box (Entity Resolver) to find a procedure you know well and select it.
2

Open the Dashboard

Review the Dashboard distribution for that procedure — mean and median across key metrics.
3

Open Analytics

Run an Analytics view over a recent date range (the default lookback is the last 365 days) and confirm the totals look plausible.

4. First outputs to validate

  • Do procedure volumes roughly match what you’d expect for the period?
  • Do revenue and cost figures land in a believable range for your organization?
  • Do length-of-stay and surgical-time values look reasonable?
If any of these are far from expectation, it usually points to a data onboarding or mapping question — reach out before drawing conclusions.

5. When to contact support

Contact admin@valiancehealth.ai if:
  • You cannot sign in or see no data.
  • Figures look implausible or inconsistent with your records.
  • A metric or workflow you expected is unavailable.
  • You need API access or key rotation.
